FAQs
-
Do clients have to follow Longevity Loft's recommended protocol?
No, they do not. Longevity Loft has curated a wellness protocol designed to maximize and optimize health benefits in the allotted time. That said, our goal is to serve clients and their needs. Some individuals prefer focusing on hot / cold contrast therapy, while others want to use the entire time for red light therapy or compression. The choice is entirely yours.
-
How long is each session?
Each session is 50 minutes, and you are entitled to use all or part of it. We encourage clients to maximize the time in order to get the most out of the various wellness methodologies. We use the 10 minutes following the appointment to prep the space so the next client experiences the same quality of service.
-
Is Longevity Loft run out of a private residence?
Yes, it is. The space is perfectly equipped to create a welcoming, luxurious, spa-like wellness retreat. This is a professional and licensed operation designed to provide the highest quality service to our valued clients.
-
What do I wear?
Longevity Loft is a private space, and we recommend wearing yoga clothes, a bathing suit, underwear, or whatever level of clothing fits your comfort level. For the safety and hygiene of all clients, we do require showers before using the cold plunge.
-
Anything I need to do after my session?
As long as you stay hydrated, you can go about your daily business after a sweat or infrared sauna wrap. However, to fully enjoy your post-sweat glow, we recommend taking it fairly easy for an hour or so.
-
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and appointments are scheduled and paid for in advance via our website. We are a cashless business.
-
What if I can't make my appointment?
Please tell us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment to avoid a fee.
If you give less than 24 hours notice, we apply a late fee to your credit. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, your credit will not be refunded.
-
Can I sweat with someone?
Yes, friends that sweat together, stay together! We can accommodate 2 people in our infrared sauna. The other services could not be done simultaneously and would simply be rotated.
-
Is there free parking?
Yes, our facility is conveniently located near downtown Bothell and there is ample and free street parking.
-
Can my child sweat?
Children aged 6-18 can only sweat with a parent/guardian present. A doctor's note is required confirming no heart, respiratory, or blood pressure issues.
Children with fevers cannot sweat. Maximum sweating time is 25 minutes, with a timer set. Parents must escort the child out when the timer ends and ensure they remain seated on the bench to avoid contact with heaters. Parents/guardians must read and sign all waivers for the child.
