Longevity Loft has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If your plans change and you are unable to make it to your service, please contact us 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% of your service late fee. If you miss your appointment and don’t let us know, it will be considered a no call, no show and you will be charged the full amount of the service missed.
