  • Sweating in our infrared sauna unit is different from perspiring after a workout or on a hot day. The sweat will be thicker due to the content containing more than just water.

    During a session in our infrared unit you will eliminate 20% toxins and 80% water (compared to a traditional sauna session where you expel only 3% toxins and 97% water.)

  • Detoxification in our infrared sauna is different from regular saunas. In our unit, toxins are fully released from the cells, so they cannot be reabsorbed.

  • Please consult with your physician, as this answer is usually yes, but may be no depending upon specific circumstances.

  • No, the EMF (electric and magnetic field) levels of our infrared heat therapy is well below the threshold of what is generally considered safe. In fact, our therapy produces less EMF than a standard hair dryer, or cell phone.
