Health and Wellness Coaches partner closely with clients to help them thoughtfully establish meaningful goals aimed at enhancing their overall health and wellness. After these specific goals have been clearly determined, the coach and client work together diligently to discover the most effective strategies and methods to achieve them.

This journey is a client-centered, collaborative process that is grounded in the principles of positive psychology techniques and concepts, fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and development.

About Me

Jason Belvill is a former D1 collegiate athlete and holds his CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) certification from the NSCA. He served as an Officer in the Air Force, and he was the former co-founder of BodySpec, an innovative health tech company focused on making medical grade body composition data more accessible to the public.

Jason’s background is rooted in health, and he takes a systematic approach to understanding an individual’s goals and obstacles to create a sustainable and executable plan. Our health coaching program is not outsourced to other coaches or done via cookie cutter templates. You will work directly with Jason as he curates a customized plan that brings you closer to achieving the healthy lifestyle you want and deserve.

What you can expect

We offer a few options for how you can work with our health coaching program.

Single Session - this is a 50 minute intake and evaluation designed to prioritize the most important goals and biggest hurdles, and you will walk away with an executable game plan.

Exclusive Monthly Coaching - this is a 50 minute weekly session, and it focuses on a longer term sustainable relationship designed with built-in accountability, regular check-ins, and more access to your health coach.

Premier Monthly Coaching - this includes the recurring weekly coaching sessions, but it also gives you unlimited Loft wellness sessions. This is a comprehensive wellness package to ensure you have every tool at your fingertip.

I used to be a trainer, but that was limiting because I would only see clients occasionally and my impact was limited to the movement and activity we did in the gym. Physical fitness is an important element of creating and prioritizing your health, but it's not the only pillar.

As a health coach, I'm much better equipped to do a comprehensive deep dive into the goals and objectives of the individuals I serve, allowing me to educate, train, and hold them accountable to achieve a healthier version of themselves. If I do my job right, we work intimately with each other for a season, and you walk away with the tools and skillset to flourish for a lifetime.

Health Coaching FAQs

  • Prior to meeting you will fill out an intake form to think about and articulate the goals / obstacles you are wanting to conquer. In our initial session, we will use this to identify key focus areas.

    Whether we work together the initial eval or we continue weekly sessions, rest assured you will walk away with an actionable plan.

  • This is entirely dependent on the wants and needs of the individual, and the effort, resource, and commitment they're able to dedicate to lasting change. Some people need only one impactful session, others seek more frequent contact and accountability.

    We meet you where you are, and we support you in the ways you're wanting to be supported.

  • Typically, sessions are done by video conference as that affords the most flexibility for clients.

    That said, for members utilizing monthly coaching + unlimited Loft sessions, we offer the option to coordinate in-person meetings if the client desires.

  • No. We ask that you come prepared to actively engage in a discussion centered around you, your goals, and your obstacles.

    Our ability to impact lasting change is rooted in your ability to dive into difficult issues with openness, transparency, and a willingness to change.

  • As a former personal trainer, the focus was primarily on training technique, principles, and programming. This can include basic nutritional programming. This is ideal for folks wanting to tackle that aspect of their health head on.

    Health coaching allows for a more comprehensive assessment and executable game plan on an individual's overall wellness and quality of life. It can include actionable items relating to fitness and nutrition, but it also includes a deep dive into other areas affecting an individual's health (see the 6 pillars above).

    By taking inventory of these pillars and where an individual's health ranks today, we can create a plan and dramatically improve an individual's health tomorrow.
